The President of the Students’ Union, Comrade
Martins Orjime expressed satisfaction with the
outcome of the negotiation. “What we were crying
out was that the charges were outrageous. We
were not calling for a total removal but a reduction
and as it is now, we have come to terms with
the management and Chairman of Governing
Council on these charges. “It may not be
favourable to everybody but at least we have made
sure that we are in equilibrium. Not everybody will
be satisfied with it but I believe it’s better than
what we had” He said.
He added that the University will announce the
new figures in due course, after which normal
activities will resume on campus. When asked
what becomes of those who had already paid
acceptance fees at the old higher rates, Comrade
Orjime said, ” the money will be transferred as
school fees so thatthe student can balance up or it
will be refunded.”
This calls for celebration at least, this is bearable
against the previous fees. Please share to help
other students get the information as soon as
possible.

Do you love Africa?

My AFRICA
Africa was a peaceful scene where love and
harmonious living reigned. But the whites came
and introduced the life of self-sufficiency by
building for themselves high walled fences with
barbed wire and electrified fence with a very large
gate with the inscription "BEWARE OF DOGS". This
they did just to scare away my African brothers...
But they had to leave, and they did leave

with
those traces of bad omen behind and some of my
African brothers who have been brainwashed took
over.
Today, Africa no longer enjoy the former house to
house kind of living.
Why did u forget that Africa is a beautiful place
with our kind of living?
Why did you quickly get to believe that if you don't
change your name or have a batsima name, you
won't get to heaven.
Who made you believed that you show your beauty
by exposing your nakedness?
Who told you to artificiate your eyes, boobs, and
everything. Africa is black, black is beautiful and
natural.
Africa please change. Let's return, the status quo
is better than this awkward change.
Do you love Africa? Share if you do...
